FINALLY…..a showroom software system that follows the natural flow of the sales floor & business office! We are thrilled with this system, to say the least. This system is completely common sense and very user friendly. Being windows based, it has a modern colourful screen layout, and it is even pleasing to the eye.

Today’s customer expects to have many payment options available to choose from, and quickly. This system offers this, with the flexibility of e-mail or print versions, and the format looks very professional. We now find we have more time to spend building the relationship with our prospects, and we are closing more deals as a result.

It is such a relief to be able to have full confidence in the accuracy and consistency, particularly in the business office. In our past experience we had several surprisesand inconsistencies in the printing of documents and forms, some being quite costly to us. I can’t stress enough the simplicity and accuracy ONE-EIGHTY brings to our dealership operations!

Above all, the support staff are wonderful. The installation process was extremely well organized, very effective and even fun!! When we have to call the office for support questions, we always find a person right away and they are always informative and professional.

In a nutshell, we are absolutely thrilled we made the investment in One Eighty, and we would recommend it, without a doubt. To now have such a capable and common sense system feels like a weight has been lifted off our shoulders.
