Just a short note of comments about our experience with the DLS Accelerator software.
As you know, we did consider your product for some time prior to us finally making the move to it. We listened to feed back from other dealers and then, some months ago, found the time to be right for us to purchase your showroom software.
We must compliment you and your staff for an extremely painless introduction to the new product. The training and support was top notch. We were on our own feet in no time. The ongoing process of improvement to the system and ongoing efficient support is much appreciated.
Working with 180 now for some time has most definitely improved our closing ratios; we are selling a higher portion of cars from in-stock and incoming cars. The used car presentation on-screen is very helpful. Our F&I income has increased. The staff likes the system and the way we have adapted it to our particular style of selling. As I mentioned to you and AJ before, I am not a micro-manager, but the reports created by your system are easy to access and I find them quite helpful.
It is evident that you and AJ have a thorough understanding of the sales process and the nature of the challenges that face us in this business. When I talk to AJ about issues, I know that I am talking to a colleague with a wealth of experience behind him, that fact certainly inspires confidence.
