As you know, we have been with ONE-EIGHTY for over 1 year now and have seven of our stores using the system. We have seen tremendous improvements in many areas of our Business including
- Customer database is now accurate and duplication has been eliminated.
- E-Mail capture rate has improved significantly and we are now in the 80% to 90% range
- Sales quotes are stored electronically for future reference
- Sales quotes can be emailed to customers in a Professional Presentation.
- System is web-based and can be accessed easily from the office or home.
- Ability to show customer payment options on a professional looking quotation.
- We have taken advantage of the Auto MagnetCustomer Retention System and send out a series of emails over the life of the ownership of the vehicle to stay in contact with our customers. Feedback from customers has been positive.
- We send regular email campaigns through The Magnetand have found this to be a cost-effective means of reaching our Prospectsand helping us close more deals.
- Service Reminders are sent to customers prior to their Appointment which our customers find very useful.
- Lease and Finance Maturities are easily accessible in ONE-EIGHTY and makes follow-up with these customers seamless. Prior to ONE-EIGHTY we did not maintain follow-up with Financecustomers and now we contact them at several intervals throughout the ownership cycle.
- Sales Management and Sales Team are reminded of daily responsibilities and follow-up through My Business”. Sales Managers can easily see which Salespeople have followed up with their clients and helps us manage our appointments.
Our Sales Team enjoys using the system and it is very user friendly compared to many other systems we have tried in the past.
Your Customer Service Team is the best we have ever dealt with and react right away with any questions we have.
