- Ongoing training from the ONE-EIGHTY Team is always available on-site or LiveOnLine.
- The ONE-EIGHTY Guru program designates a process leader at your dealership who acts as a regular liaison with ONE-EIGHTY to keep the dealership up to speed with the latest updates, enhancements and offerings. ONE-EIGHTY Gurus are also encouraged to give candid feedback on such new enhancements as well as coordinate their dealership’s training.
- ONE-EIGHTY utilizes regular Report Cards as a maintenance process and evaluates the overall usage of the system by your Sales, F&I and Management Teams. This Report Card highlights where the dealership excels, while also pin-pointing the areas that the dealership is under utilizing ONE-EIGHTY. Industry wisdom will be shared to help ramp up utilization where desired.
- Brush Up Training is a no-charge training session offered twice a year for ONE-EIGHTY Clients. This is an opportunity for Management and Gurus to review all updated functionality, system enhancements and features added over the past 6 months.
- ONE-EIGHTY Refresher Sales Seminars are available in person or LiveOnLine by ONE-EIGHTY Training Staff. This feature is perfect for Clients who would like to have their new staff brought up to speed quickly and current staff refreshed on the system. These seminars fuel a renewed commitment from staff in utilizing the system fully and the “why” that is important for:
- improved CRM results
- reduced CRM costs
- higher commissions earned
